Scanveda Mini Arcade ("we", "our") is a free browser game collection. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the site.

Data stored on your device

By default, scores, XP, rank, recently played games and preferences are stored in your browser and stay on your device. If you explicitly opt in to the public leaderboard, your chosen display name and submitted scores are sent to us and displayed publicly. Turning leaderboard sharing off removes your submitted scores. Clearing browser data removes local progress.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. You can also choose "Non-personalized only" in our cookie banner, or change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer. For more details see how Google uses data.

Where available, you may optionally choose to watch a Google Ad Manager rewarded ad to start one bonus game round while keeping your score. The bonus is granted only after Google confirms the ad reward. You can decline and retry or leave the game normally.

Accounts and public profiles

XP, rank, recently played games and local preferences are stored in your browser. If you opt in to leaderboard sharing, scores and your selected player name are sent to our server. If you create an account, we store your email address, username, display name, optional profile image, password hash for email-password accounts, and account/security timestamps. Verification and password-reset tokens are stored as hashes and expire. Google sign-in uses Google OAuth. Verified account names, public profile details and linked scores may be visible to other visitors. Contact contact@scanveda.com for account assistance.

Optional analytics

Visitor and session analytics run only after you choose "Accept all" or "Analytics only". They use a random pseudonymous visitor identifier, a coarse device category, a broad traffic-source category and session duration. Visitor identifiers and session records are retained for up to 180 days. We do not store raw IP addresses or full referrer URLs in these analytics tables. Game event totals are also collected only after analytics consent. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings".

Leaderboard and technical data

Leaderboard scores are community-submitted and are not independently verified. If you opt in, your display name and scores are public; suspicious scores may be held for review. The hosting provider and advertising partners may separately process technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited under their own policies.

Sharing

When you press the WhatsApp or copy-link buttons, a link containing the game name and your score is created. Nothing is shared until you choose to send it.

Children

The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
